In the years prior to the formation of WTW, Bill Waggoner always attempted to keep his business activities out of the headlines. Operating as a private person or under one of his business entities there was never a need to service and maintain a public image. Additionally, many of his partners and investors wished to keep a low profile and the often required confidentiality.

Mr. Waggoner continued this practice after the formation of WTW and throughout that Company?s research into the PreCambrian Anomaly. But it is not possible to be an aggressive innovator without creating third-party print. Tax supported institutions and agencies, and certain other entities that assist in research also require the disclosure of that research after a limited grace period. Consequently, two articles have recently been published concerning his work.
