Reserves of the "PreCambrian Anomaly"
W.T.W. Oil Co. Inc.(WTW) has been in business since 1988. For the first ten years the Company was involved in all of the traditional endeavors associated with exploration, drilling and production, together with an expanded additional activity of industry services provider. During that period the Company gained a prominent regional reputation and is known among independent and major producers operating in various basins. In addition to those traditional pursuits, and commencing in 1998, senior Company executives began to question certain commonly accepted basic principals and science related to petroleum geology. After exhaustive inquiry, research, empirical study and at considerable expense, the Company came to the conclusion that sizable oil reserves can be found below the PreCambrian rock formation as is seen now in various other countries... such as Russia.

Although there have been a few unsuccessful attempts, there are currently no companies producing oil and gas from these deeper horizons anywhere in the United States. However, there is substantial production of both oil and gas from the lower Pre-Proterozoic rocks in Nepa-Botuoba region of Southeastern Siberia. Conventional geologic opinion is that such production is simply an anomaly. Nevertheless, the Siberian reserve potential of oil in excess of six billion barrels and thirty trillion cubic feet of gas has prompted WTW to search for a scientific basis for such deep deposits.

In the words of the President, and founder of WTW, Mr. Bill Waggoner, “Just because we don’t understand something is not a reason to call it an anomaly. It is simply an anomaly of what we do understand.” As a new victim of Mr. Waggoner’s untiring energy and never-interrupted sense of humor, he refers to this innovative theoretical conclusion as his “PreCambrian Anomaly.”
